His deep understanding of grassroots lending and customer behaviour powers Vega FinSol’s vision. A firm believer in financial inclusion, micro housing is his mission, not just a market.
Santosh Haradi
Co-Founder
With a strong track record in housing finance and branch operations, Santosh brings operational rigour and customer empathy to Vega FinSol. He has built and led large teams serving rural and semi-urban segments, ensuring efficient loan delivery and portfolio quality in Ujjivan SFB and CreditAccess Grameen. His passion lies in helping families build homes with dignity and ease. Seasoned banking professional with 15+ years of extensive experience in Mortgage loans, Affordable housing finance, and responsible lending practices. Proven track record of driving lending operations across states, gaining in-depth knowledge of regional markets and customer needs. Passionate about leveraging technology to drive financial inclusion, aimed at transforming access to financial services and creating meaningful impact in underserved markets.
